Mental health means a needable thing for a healthy life.Not only need physical health but also mental health.
It affects currently to our body.So,keeping mental health is a valuable thing.Due to some reasons the children & teenagers are suffered in mental pressure

We do many things for leave mental pressure.But Absolutely they are not helped.For examples:-

For get mental health we want enough sleep.It is very important.
Especially,growing and to do study
Absolutely,good sleep should need us
Sleep heps to geting Lost energy & maintain body properly.Diseases are healed from sleep.When we asleep we need not more energy,Hence that energy can use for healing our diseases.
Teenagers should get sleep about 7 hour sleep.Old should get 6 hour sleep.
When we are sleeping hormones are very active.

Decreasing sleep affects to memory.We can't solve subject problems using subject points.
If you have a sleep when you are in a class,school you can sleep about 10-15 minutes.It is not bad.Hence ,after you can study active.
For sleep don't use medicine.Using them can't get good sleep.
