why the water is a very valuable thing?
The answer is in our weight body 60% is the water.
Without water not a life.

Water helps to fulfil our body


*It is a main thing which is in the blood.
*It maintain our tempurature of body.
*It protects us from diseases.
*To remove poisoness things from body.
*To maintain our brain rightly.

how quantity of water we should drink daily?

But if you drink more than water is not a bad thing.It is very good.
Sometimes we should drink water more and more.For some examples:-

*When you are doing sport or doing exercize
*When the temperature is increased
*When you are in a AC or using electric fan
*When you are in hard wind
*When suffering from diseases such as fever

What is the best drink?

Some people think the best drink is gluecose,cocacola,milk.
Enough,these are not the best.The best drink is water.

If you drink water quantitively your urinal has no colour. 
So let's drink water more and more 


If you don't drink water quantitively,

*When you are studying you can't keep concentration in the lesson
*You can't doing sport successfully
*Your body feel so sad
*Your skin is dried
*You have in always sleepy and weakness of body
*You can't keep in a patient situation





Therefore let drink water more and more 

*doing these things practically
*We should persuade our family members,our relations and people to drink water more & more
